チェコザーツを使用し醸造されたラガービール。フリースタイル・ネルソンで軽くドライホップし、さらにシーガルホップ農場のアンチョビホップで2回目の軽いドライホップ。ホップの選択とファストファッションが主催するアンチョビフェスティバルのためのシアトルへの旅行にあたって毎年醸造される特別なバージョン。

double dry hopped daggers // lagerbier brewed with cz saaz hops. lightly dry hopped cold with @freestylehops nelson hops. and lightly dry hopped for a second time with @segalhopranch anchovy hops. a special iteration brewed for our upcoming annual trip to seattle for hop selection & @fastfashionbeer anchovy fest. we’re still packaging this up, so it’ll get its own post tomorrow!
