アラガッシュブリューイングの「アラガッシュ・ホワイト」に触発されたというベルジャンホワイト。乾燥したオレンジピール、コリアンダーシード、フレーク小麦、少量のオーツ麦を使用。麦わら色の外観に、タンジェリンピール、鮮やかなレモン、スパイス、そして僅かに熟す前のバナナの香りと、それらを支えるクリーミーなテクスチャー。

Inspired by @allagashbrewing White, Kiri 霧 (meaning “Mist”) combines dried orange peel, Indian coriander seeds, flaked wheat, and a small percentage of oats in the grist to create a straw-coloured Belgian wheat ale we’d like to think Pierre Celis would approve. A delightfully creamy texture supports notes of tangerine pith, bright lemon, spice, and a hint of under ripe banana. Kiri is delicate, succinct, and a true measure of one of our favourite under-appreciated styles ? one that was almost lost to history. We raise our glass and thank god it’s not!
