シンプルなモルト構成に力強いホップアロマが際立つ、すっきりとした味わいのウェストコーストIPA。外観は、ビール越しに本が読めるほど透き通り、グレープフルーツ、パイナップル、そして西海岸特有のダンクなホップアロマが広がる。使用ホップは、シムコー、モザイク、シトラ、CTZ。ホップが伸びる方向に因んだ名前を冠した、4世代続くホップ農園ならではの一本。

A mentor told us when we first started out that here in the PNW, the best beer is an IPA so clear you can read a book through it. Here it is: Skyward IPA. A crisp West Coast IPA, named for the direction our hops stretch as they grow on our 4th generation hop farm. Brewed with a simple malt bill and showcases big hop aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, and classic West Coast dankness.
