ブリュッセルに起源を持つ野生のブレタノマイセス酵母で数か月間再発酵させたペールエール。銅色を帯びた琥珀色の外観に、パイナップルや赤い果物のフルーティさと、背景にドライホッピングによるホップフレーバーや、古い革の複雑で動物的なニュアンスが感じられる。ビスケットのアクセントを伴った豊かなモルトの風味と、フルーティでキャンディのようなフレーバーが広がり、フィニッシュはドライでビター。

Bruxellensis is refermented for several months with a wild Brettanomyces yeast originated in Brussels. Amber with copper reflections, its fruity attack (pineapple, red fruits) is supported by hop flavours in dry hopping, and by complex, almost animal notes of old leather. It then develops a rich malty note with biscuit accents and a persistent fruity/candied flavour. Its finale is dry and bitter, its character is unique.
