Lagered in oak barrels with a splash of freshly-dumped bourbon barrels (25% to be exact), this beer brings a deeper dimension to the traditional Festbier. While our Wiesn Style Festbier is crisp and refreshing, the Mellowwood Festbier is all about layers - think caramel notes, toasty bread, oak, vanilla, and a touch of wine-like character.
