ピンクグレープフルーツやオレンジのような柑橘香が溢れ、パイナップルやパパイヤを想わせるほのかなトロピカル香が漂う。小麦由来の滑らかなボディに、ほのかなモルト感とマンダリンオレンジのフレーバーが広がり、マンダリンの皮のような苦みの余韻が続く。創業初期より醸造されているフラッグシップのアメリカンIPAで、ホップは、ヘラクレス、アイダホ7、エクアノット、モザイク、シトラを使用。グルテンフリー。

A pale golden color and slightly opalescent, it is topped with a fine, compact, and pure white head.

The nose is immediately captivated by the aromas of hops, with a distinct citrus character, tinged with pink grapefruit and vanilla orange, complemented by a subtle tropical note reminiscent of pineapple and papaya.

On the palate, it has a lively effervescence, a smooth body made more perceptible by the texture of the wheat, a brief malty attack followed by a subtle citrus note of mandarin, and a distinct bitterness finish, expressed through mandarin peel and with a fairly long finish.
