ネルソンソーヴィンのドライホップによる爽やかで鮮やかなアロマとドライでクリーンな後味のピルスナー。北米産大麦を100%使用し、クリーンなジャーマンラガー酵母で低温発酵。チェコ産ザーツとネルソンソーヴィンのブレンドホップをケトルとワールプールで使用し、発酵中に少量のネルソンソーヴィンを追加投入。数週間の熟成により得られる柔らかなナチュラルカーボネーションがふっくらとした泡立ちをもたらし、この上なく爽快な仕上がりとなった。

Big Spill PIls is a German influenced PIlsner with a modest New Zealand derived dry hop! It’s brewed with 100% North American Barley, fermented cold with a clean German lager yeast, and hopped with a blend of Czech Saaz and Nelson Sauvin in the Kettle and Whirlpool before an additional touch of Nelson Sauvin hits the beer during fermentation. We condition this beer for weeks before its filtration to achieve a natural, spritzy yet soft carbonation, and a pillowy foam cap that leaves this effervescent pilsner crisp and refreshing as can be.

A staff favorite since its first small batch brew in 2018, Big Spill satisfies ceaselessly with a subtle and light oyster cracker malt presence, crisp and bright hop aroma, and a dry, clean finish that makes it endlessly drinkable.
