Our Blanche is called WITZ, and has a straw-blonde color. It has the characteristic cloudiness of these beers, and its head is white and creamy. The emphasis is on the freshness of the wheat and the roundness of the oats. It develops very floral notes (white fruit tree flowers) and a slightly lemony fruitiness and green currants. It has, as expected, a very low bitterness, but presents a very refreshing slight acidity. It has 4.2% alcohol.
