マスモトファミリーファーム (※) の2024年収穫のルグラン・ネクタリンで自然発酵させたワイルドエール。2種のビールで使用されたネクタリンを再利用し、セゾンビールに漬け込んで3か月間熟成。瓶詰め後、更に3か月間再発酵させ、洗練された味わいに仕上げた。

※カリフォルニア州セントラルバレーでオーガニックの桃、ネクタリン、アプリコット、レーズン用ブドウを栽培している家族経営の農場。

Wild ale naturally fermented on spent Le Grand nectarines from Masumoto Family Farm - 2024 Harvest. After two previous beers conditioned on the fruit, we brewed a fresh batch of saison recipe and racked on top of the spent fruit and allowed the residual mixed culture of yeast and bacteria from previous ferments to do its magic. After 3 months on spent nectarines, we refermented the beer in cork and caged 750mL champagne bottles for three additional months for further conditioning and refinement.
