ソーヴィニヨンブラングレープ、鮮やかなレモンの皮、マンゴーの皮、刻んだパパイヤ、キンカン、そしてストーンフルーツの香りが溢れ、フィニッシュはドライで樹脂っぽく、柑橘の皮や松のダンク感が広がる。

使用ホップは、シムコー、ワイメア、ネクタロン、ネルソン、コロンバス・クライオ、チヌーク・ハイパーブースト、ネルソン・キーフ。
