毎年、お気に入りのモルトとホップを組み合わせて醸造されるニューイングランドダブルIPAで、6周年ビールの1つ。大量の小麦とオーツを投入したベースに、ホップはピーチャリン、ドルシタ、ネルソン、シトラ、モザイクを使用。マンゴーシャーベットやキーライムパイを想わせる香りに、良質なニューイングランドスタイルのビールならではのクリーンな甘みを備えたフルボディの味わい。

Each year we take our favorite malts and hops and combine them into one double ipa. For years it was the only double ipa we made all year. We’ve grown and learned quite a lot over the last two years, discovered a completely new grain bill and some new favorite hops.
This brew couldn’t have gone any better, well, the actual brew could have because we added so many bags of wheats and oats that it was a slow run off and a long day, but it finished exactly where we like it , smells just like mango sorbet and key lime pie, and tastes full bodied like a good New England style beer should but without all those cloying sugars that gets fatiguing and bloats your belly.
Against all odds, we are still here. And every year we aim to get a little better than the last.
