A modern spin on a classic wheat beer base, this summer seasonal layers soft banana esters - a nod to traditional hefeweizens - with a lush addition of mango puree for a vibrant, fruit-forward profile. The wheat lends a smooth, pillowy body and subtle haze, while restrained bitterness keeps the focus on juicy, ripe flavour. Balanced, refreshing, and brewed for sunny days, it’s a showcase of how tradition and innovation can pour perfectly side by side.
