Huckster is back at both of our taprooms. This DIPA is another new push within the style of American IPA. We strip down the grist bill to base pale malt and add sugar to dry it out more than California amidst a drought. Utilizing US classics like Simcoe, Citra, Cascade and Mosaic, but also newer hop varieties from our friends down under Ella, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka, with a few supporting cast members Delta and Calypso making an appearance. Kinda a hop name drop but we feel like this is the Seal Team 6 of hop combinations. The overwhelming dankness, stone fruit and tropical euphoria will drop you off your bar stool faster than the smell of patchouli oil. Come and get it while it is fresh.
