「Chmelová Brigáda (フメロヴァ・ブリガーダ)」のバリエーションで、北米産ホップと共通した特徴を持つ新進のチェコホップ「Ceres (セレス)」を使用したユニークなホッピーチェコラガー。柑橘、ストーンフルーツ、ハーブを想わせる芳醇な香り。

Chmelová Brigáda (5.4% abv), our annual hoppy Czech lager is back, and this year featuring Czech Ceres hops! One of the most unique modern Czech hops available, sharing similarities with those more typically grown in North America. Ceres hops are aromatic with inviting notes of fresh citrus, stonefruit and herbaceous undertones. This years iteration presents itself in ways you wouldn’t expect from our core lagers, and we are excited to finally get to share it with you.

Over the last few years this seasonal release has been able to take shape with some of the absolute best Czech hops Žatec has to offer, serving as a great reminder of the significant role hop picking historically played for many young Czechs, who spent their summers picking hops in Hop Brigades.

ホッピーなチェコスタイルのラガー。かつて共産主義だった時代、チェコでは高校生や大学生が“Hop Brigade”と称されホップの収穫を手伝っていた。こちらはCeresホップを用いてドライホッピングされている。クラッカーやパンを想わせる香ばしいフレーバー、シトラシーで爽快な風味、洋梨の様なフレッシュなニュアンス、そして青々としたグラッシーさが感じられる。きりっとした飲み口にクリアな味わいが心地よく、最後爽やかな苦みと共にドライに締めくくられる。
