ウェイファインダービア、ヒューマンピープルビアとのコラボレーションによる、ビスケット、スイカズラ、そしてほのかなフローラル感が絶妙に調和したケラーピルスナー。バンベルガー・モルト・カンパニーのバイエルン産ピルスナーモルトと、スロベニア、チェコ、ドイツ産のホップ (セレイア、ザーツ、シュパルターセレクト) を使用。元々は2周年を記念して誕生したビール。

Carrol is a fun little beer we brewed with our pals @wayfinderbeer and @humanpeoplebeer We made a couple tiny tweaks to it to continue to showcase some fun German malts. The showdown between batch 1 and batch 2 starts today!

Originally brewed for our 2nd anniversary, this Keller Pilsner showcases Bavarian pilsner malt from the Bamberger Malzerei, alongside Slovenian, Czech and German hops. This beer has delicious notes of biscuit, honeysuckle, and light floral undertones. Thanks to our buddy Joe from @noblebrewingsupply for getting this amazing malt into our hands!
