This beer stars with a blend of pilsner and pale ale malts, then got a splash of soft white wheat malt for a light but not too thin body. Then we layered in our 2025 crops of Citra from @lozafarms Simcoe from @colemanagriculture and Centennial hops from @doublerhop The Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial hop charges give this hoppy pale ale big notes of mango juice and the highest quality bubblegum that you can get out of a new pack of cards!
