11周年ビールの1つで、ブルワリー初のジャーマンピルスナー。ラガーリングタンクでじっくりと低温熟成させ、極めてクリアかつ完璧な炭酸具合に仕上げた。原材料にはドイツ産の最高級麦芽と伝統的なドイツのノーブルホップ2種を使用。

Wait, we haven’t made a German-style Pilsner in our over a decade of existence? Well here you go. This is a simple and delicious one, made with Wyermann Pilsner malt, and hopped throughout the boil with Tettnang and Hallertauer Mittelfruh. The hops and awesome malt just shine through. Crystal clear and perfectly carbonated from an ice cold nap in our lagering tanks. We’re gonna be absolutely crushing this one.

創業から10年以上。それなのに、まだGerman-style Pilsnerを造っていなかった?そんなHoly Mountainが11周年に満を持して仕込んだ一杯がこちら。Wyermann 社のPilsnerモルトをベースに、ボイル時にはTettnangとHallertauer Mittelfruhを投入。余計なものを削ぎ落としたシンプルな設計だからこそ、凛としたホップの苦味と、奥行きのあるモルトの旨みをしっかりと感じられる。ゆっくり丁寧にラガーリングして磨き上げられたクリアな味わいは、雑味のないキレと静かな余韻を残し、気づけばもう一口欲しくなる。ただただ、シンプルに美味しい一杯。
