英国のモルトとホップを100%使用し、ハウスラガー酵母で発酵。トーストや熟す前のアプリコット、ドライフルーツ、薄く淹れた紅茶といった、いかにも英国らしい風味が漂い、非常にすっきりとした後味と、酵母由来の軽いミネラルのノートを伴う。ニュージャージー州の Two Villains Brewing とのコラボレーション。

What’s that? English style Pub Lager you say? Cheekyyyyy!! Yup, we brewed it! Last summer when hanging with the @twovillainsbrewing homies we started talking English beer. Light sessionable ales to be specific; something we were both having fun brewing at the time. But what about lager?

“Cheeky” is that. All English malts. All English hops. House lager yeast. A brew that yields quite an English profile with layers of toasted bread, underripe apricots, dried fruits and lightly steeped black tea. All of that with a super crisp and quick finish; light mineral notes from the yeast. A special thanks to Jon and Sean @twovillainsbrewing for being apart of this project. We love how this beer turned out, we respect styles, but we just enjoy brewing whatever we like respectfully. Keep your eyes as we start making drops over the next couple weeks. ニュージャージー州のTwo Villains Brewingとのコラボレーションで造られた、イングリッシュスタイルのパブラガー。モルトとホップは全てイギリス産のものを使用し、自家培養のラガーイーストで発酵。トーストされたパンの香ばしい風味、まだ熟していないアプリコットやドライフルーツ、紅茶の芳醇なキャラクターと少々のミネラルが感じられる。スムースなマウスフィールと共にふくよかな味わいが口内を駆け抜け、最後すっきりとドライに締めくくられる。イングリッシュエールの豊かさとラガーのクリスプさが同居した至極の一本。
