日本の干支にインスピレーションを得た、新作のウェストコーストIPA。チヌークのホップエキスと、ヤキマチーフホップスの協力を得て収穫直後の新鮮さを閉じ込めたシトラホップを使用し、柑橘系の皮とフローラルな香りが際立つモダンクラシックなIPAに仕上げた。

In the Japanese zodiac, 2026 is the year of the Fire Horse and the inspiration for this new West Coast IPA. We used Chinook extract and freshly kilned Citra hops that we peletized with help from @yakimachief in this modern classic, filled with citrus zest & floral notes. There’s some interesting history behind the year of the Fire Horse as it’s an omen that women born under this sign are fiery and rebellious. To the point there was a lower birth rate the last time the Fire Horse came around. It seems silly, but now we think that this is a good omen for the coming year.
