Part one of a two beer series exploring Goschie Promise Malt. This 100% Goschie Promise lager lets the unique base malt shine. Notes of raw honey, sweet yellow cake, and fresh bran muffin define this Modern Pilsner. Delicate hopping with an assortment of German grown hop varieties lends an elegant and perfumey nose with a hint of spice.
