イングランドのビークブルワリーとのコラボビールで、Dokkōdōの淡色バージョンとして醸造されたIDH DIPA。IDHとは「Irresponsibly Dry Hopped (無責任なドライホッピング)」の略で、フリースタイルホップスのネルソンソーヴィンとモトゥエカを大量にドライホップし、さらに仕上げのタンクに移す途中でもホップジュースを追加投入。加水による水質調整で、さらなる飲みやすさを目指した。パッションフルーツ、グアバ、グーズベリー、キーライムパイ、カスタードの風味。

Marlowe x Beak collab!
We are now calling our heavily DDH beers IDH which stands for Irresponsibly Dry Hopped because we load these suckers with way too many hops and extract all of the goodness out of them it’s hard to explain how irresponsible we are being to our bank account but we do it for the love of the game.
Thankfully our friends at Beak are doing the same thing and we linked up and brewed a paler version of Dokkōdō and hopped it with an insane amount of @freestylehops Nelson and Motueka and then hit it again with some Hop Juice on its way to the brite tank. Our water profile has changed once again after trying some of Houston’s finest hops and we realized with these IDH beers we need to make the beer even more drinkable via our water additions and, honestly, we believe we nailed it with this one.

Passion fruit, guava, gooseberry, key lime pie, custard.
