NZ産・US産ホップが鮮やかに香る、その名の通りの深みを備えたIPA。クリーンなモルトをベースに、グラディエーターモルトと小麦を加えたバランス良いボディに、シトラス、トロピカルフルーツ、ストーンフルーツ、ベリーの風味が広がる。使用ホップは、リワカ、モトゥエカ、コハツ、エルドラド、エクアノット、アイダホ7。

Description
Things are not always what they appear to be. Sometimes it is easy to take the bait for the next flashy beer, but sometimes the real beast is right there and you haven't even seen it yet. With all of the change and development in the industry, sometimes you need a good old go-to Sinker that you can rely on.

Flavours Sinker has, yep you guessed it, depth. With a clean malt base and a touch of Gladiator and Wheat for body, the NZ and US Hops have a solid foundation to shimmer upon. Plunge into Riwaka, Motueke, Kohatu, El dorado Eukanot and Idaho 7 for citrus, tropical, stone fruit and berry flavours.
