For a modern twist on an old-world style, we blended a fresh, hop-forward saison with our favorite foeder of brett saison. The new saison bursts with citrus from a healthy dose of Nectaron, Cascade, and Citra, and we finished the blend with a dry hop of Audacia, Strata, and Dolcita. Enjoy the best of both worlds—vibrant hop aroma and complex brett and oak character.
