アウターレンジ (米・コロラド州) とのコラボビールで、NZホップの豊かな風味が広がるニューイングランドIPA。アウターレンジのヘイジーIPAのモルト配合を取り入れた滑らかでクリーミーなベースに、モザイクホップのベリー、マンゴー、グレープフルーツを想わせる多彩なフレーバーの土台を築き、NZホップ100% (NZカスケード、モトゥエカ、ネルソン・コールドプレスド) でドライホップ。

This extra special collaboration was brewed on the Monday immediately following The Gathering and, needless to say, we were a little late to mash in. Our common sense was even later.

Luckily Emily & Lee from Outer Range and our team of brewers were well rested(ish) because this is a big one!

This mountainous collab utilises Outer Range’s approach to hazy IPA malt bills to create a smooth, creamy base for the premium hop lineup to play with. Mosaic provides a full spectrum undercurrent of berries, mangoes and grapefruit that works as the perfect building block for an all-NZ-Dry-Hop to build its masterpiece on. NZ Cascade, Motueka and Nelson Cold Pressed saturate every last drop with fields.
