トラックブルーイング (イギリス・マンチェスター) とのコラボビールで、NZホップをふんだんに使用した、パンチがありながらキレのよいウェストコーストIPA。モザイクとネルソンソーヴィンをディップホップとドライホップで使用。ベリーやトロピカルフルーツにディーゼルのニュアンスを伴った複雑なアロマ。

On a day when we were meant to be doing the hands on component of our collaboration with our mates from Track, we found ourselves making sure the sun was still setting in the right place as we sampled the many delights of the Katoomba kitchen on the back deck, carefully pairing them with the finest selection of Track and Mountain Culture West Coast’s that we could get our hands on.

That flight of beers and salty snacks helped us hone this recipe into what we present to you today in this can.

This punchy yet crisp West Coast IPA is heavy in New Zealand hops. A dip hop of Mosaic alongside Nelson Sauvin in the whirlpool provide a base of mango, papaya and blueberry that more Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a hint of Riwaka in the dry hop build on to create a resinous blend of berries, tropical fruit and diesel.

Best enjoyed with frickles and tater tots.

オーストラリアのTrack Brewingとのコラボレーションで生まれたWest Coast IPA。MosaicとNelson Sauvinのディップホップがマンゴー、パパイヤ、ブルーベリーを思わせる果実味の土台を形成し、さらにMosaic、Nelson Sauvin、Riwakaのドライホップが重なることで、ベリーやトロピカルフルーツ、ほのかなディーゼル香を伴う複雑なアロマを描く。パンチのあるホップキャラクターを備えながらも、フィニッシュはクリスプで軽快。
