ヤキマバレー産のホップを100%使用したウェストコーストIPA。オールドスクールからニュースクールまで様々なホップをバランス良くブレンド。グレープフルーツ、メロン、ダンク、スパイシー、タンジェリン、そしてハーブ、森林のニュアンスとほのかな甘い果実のフィニッシュ。使用ホップは、モザイク、モザイク・クライオ、モザイク・ダイナブースト、コロンバス・クライオ、シトラ・クライオ、ストラータ・クライオ、シトラ・クォンタム、シムコ―・クライオ、クラッシュ・クライオ。

Did you know that 77% of the US hop supply comes from the Yakima Valley? Well, it does, and this beer is loaded exclusively with Yakima grown hops. We used old school, new school, and everything in between to brew this awesome West Coast IPA. Citra delivers big notes of grapefruit and melon while Mosaic hits with dank, spicy, tangerine notes. Simcoe Cryo and Strata Cryo round things out, providing an herbaceous and woodsy aromatic finish with a kiss of sweet fruit.
